  • No. Management support is designed for small to medium businesses, including sole traders with employees, where the business relies heavily on the owner.

  • No. Management support does not replace licensed, trade, or professionally regulated roles. It provides oversight, coordination, and leadership support only.

  • A Business Setup Review is a structured, one-off review of your systems and business setup. It can include:

    • Accounting and CRM software

    • Integrations and automation

    • Regulatory compliance checks

    • Performance and workflow reviews

    • Practical, written recommendations

    It is suitable for both new and established businesses.

  • JARCUN frequently works with Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks. However, we are capable becoming proficient in all accounting software. Support includes setup, review, optimisation, integrations, and automation to reduce manual work and errors. Human oversight is still required!

  • Onboarding typically begins with a short discovery call. For support services, this is followed by a 1–2 hour virtual handover to understand your systems, processes, and preferences. For bookkeeping, onboarding focuses on systems, compliance, and reporting needs. It really depends on what you already have in place and appetite for business process improvement. I aim to reduce overwhelm, not add to it.

  • Pricing is clear and transparent, with no lock-in contracts. You only pay for the services you use. Rates vary depending on the service type, scope, and whether support is ongoing or once-off. We give each other 30 days notice when ending an ongoing service agreement. This facilitates a smooth hand over back to you, or if you have decided on alternative support.

  • Yes. Services can be provided for a few hours a day, a few days a week, on an ongoing basis, or as required. This allows flexibility without the need to hire staff. Business needs change, so adaptability is a key service ability when choosing support for your business.

  • Yes. Support and management services can be provided while you are on leave, unwell, or unavailable, helping maintain continuity and reduce disruption.

  • Client privacy is taken seriously. All personal and business information is handled securely and in line with Australian data protection requirements.

  • That’s completely fine. Many clients start with a conversation about what isn’t working. From there, the most practical support option is identified, whether that’s admin support, bookkeeping, a review, or management services. Some clients prioritise their systems and processes, some require priority with their accounts. Each client has unique support needs. so each level of support provided is equally unique.
