Are you operating a business with employees and need someone to step into your leadership role temporarily, at JARCUN we have a management service, to be there when you can’t.

This is not a common service to offer, but one we feel is needed in the small to medium business community, especially in an emergent situation. Hopefully, you would have been developing the skillset of an employee to cover you as a sole trader, and have the ability to get the team member to step in when required, an important focus of business continuity.

If not, we can! While we are unable to complete trade or professional qualified work on your behalf, we can keep the train moving, overseeing productivity, projects and jobs that can’t be placed on hold, while you are unwell, or otherwise incapable of leading your team temporarily.

We offer a couple of different options depending on your needs, including general business and team management duties, on call service, and an after-hours call out option for emergencies(*).
